EXPIRED Request for Proposals for San Joaquin Valley Goods Movement Sustainable Implementation Plan

The San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG), on behalf of the eight San Joaquin ValleyRegional Planning Agencies (San Joaquin Council of Governments, Stanislaus Council of Governments, Merced County Association of Governments, Madera County Transportation Commission, Fresno Council of Governments, Kings County Association of Governments, Tulare County Association of Governments and Kern Council of Governments) and Caltrans, is soliciting proposals to prepare the San Joaquin Valley Goods Movement Sustainable Implementation Plan (SJVGMSIP). The SJVGMSIP includes a comprehensive assessment and implementation framework development for several of the “next steps” recommendations from the San Joaquin Valley Interregional Goods Movement Plan completed in 2013.

Please reference name of the proposal on the outside of the package. All proposals will remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the final date for submission.
