1. The RFP for the 2017 Short Range Transit Plan lists the due date as both August 10 and August 11, 5:00 p.m., 2016. Could you clarify as to which date is the correct due date?
TCAG – A proposal submission deadline is August 11th, 5:00 PM
2. Can you confirm the proposal due date? In Section VII Proposal Submittal August 11 is listed as the due date but in Section III Selection Timeline, the due date is listed as August 10.

3. We are also wondering how you typically stage public meetings? We propose to hire a subconsultant to act as an interpreter at public meetings. Would we also need to provide sound equipment for the interpreter?
As the Task 1.4 states – the consultant will organize and coordinate the public meetings … (that includes all necessary equipment) … Please refer to a page 9 of the RFP.
4. TCAG – Task 3.3 states that the, “Consultant will work in close collaboration with Porterville city transit staff to gather data and information. Existing standards shall be evaluated and compared to existing performance. “Will TCAG please confirm the consultant’s level of effort for this? Is TCAG seeking the consultant to gather on-board ridership data or will existing monthly operating data be provided?
TCAG – Porterville Transit will provide existing ridership data.
5. Will TCAG please provide ridership data by route and platform hours for Porterville City Transit services? TCAG – Porterville Transit will provide existing ridership data.
6. Just want to confirm that the above noted RFP is due on Thursday, Aug. 11th?

7. Please confirm. Also, I note that there are currently no Addenda to this RFP – please confirm that this is correct.

8. Does the budget for this project require FAR rates?
The budget does not require FAR rates.
